My husband and I struggled with infertility for too many years.
I know the darkest of infertility well - the lonely walk of unknowns, failed cycles and the light at the end, too.

I never say no to an adventure.
Whether it’s a backcountry trek on foot, a snowboard or bike, the answer is always yes.

Nothing fills my cup more than a good sing along, a stroll through the farmers market, a fancy coffee, or a new plant clipping.

I believe the greatest investment is the one you make for yourself.
It’s not always easy but you’re worthy of the hard work. After struggling with loss in 2022, I decided to train for a 50 Ultra Marathon in the Mountains. It was a journey that changed my mindset greatly.
